CREATIVE  MANAGER

Position Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Creative Manager to lead our talented team of
creative designers. As a Creative Manager, you will play a pivotal role in conceptualizing and
executing creative campaigns that resonate with clients and drive results. You will work closely
with clients and cross-functional teams to ensure our work exceeds expectations.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

• Oversee the production and delivery of creative work, managing projects from concept to
execution, ensuring quality and adherence to client needs and agency standards.
• Lead and inspire a team of creative designers, providing direction and mentorship to achieve
outstanding creative output.
• Collaborate with account managers and commercial teams to understand client objectives
and develop creative strategies that align with their goals.
• Conceptualize and oversee the development of compelling visual and written content across
various platforms, including print, digital, and social media.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are met and quality is
maintained.
• Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and creative best practices to
continuously elevate our work.
• Provide constructive feedback and facilitate brainstorming sessions to foster a culture of
creativity and innovation.
• Any other duty that may be assigned to you

Qualifications and requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as Fine Arts, Graphic Design, advertising, marketing,
communications or a related field
• A minimum of seven (7) years of experience in a creative role, with at least two (2) years in a
leadership position
• Experience within the advertising industry is an added advantage
• Exceptional portfolio showcasing a range of successful campaigns and projects.
• Proficiency in design software and strong knowledge of design principles.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong leadership and team management abilities.

activations, events, and experiential marketing campaigns for our clients. The ideal candidate
will be a strategic thinker with strong project management skills and a passion for creating
engaging brand experiences.

Key Responsibilities
• Develop and execute experiential marketing strategies that enhance brand visibility and
audience engagement.
• Oversee the planning, execution, and evaluation of brand activations, events, and
sponsorships.
• Manage client experiential programs, ensuring alignment with their vision and objectives.
• Collaborate with internal teams, including creative, digital, and account management to
deliver engaging experiences.
• Foster strong relationships with clients, vendors, and event partners to ensure smooth
execution.
• Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of experiential campaigns, leveraging insights to
optimize future activations.
• Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and consumer engagement best
practices.
• Manage project budgets, ensuring cost-effective solutions while maintaining high-quality
execution.

Qualifications & Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in a business or related field
• Minimum of Seven (7) years of experience in experiential marketing, event management, or
brand activations, with at least two (2) years in a leadership role.
• Proven experience within the advertising, marketing, or communications industry preferred
• Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to multitask and meet
deadlines.
• Excellent client management, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Creative thinker with a passion for delivering innovative and memorable brand experiences.
